Are you asking if SIGO needs to be current with their SEC filings in order to get a California annual MJ license??

If so, that's a very good question. Without doing further research, I would suggest the answer is "NO". My reasoning would be that since the SEC and California state government are completely separate government entities they each would follow their own rules and NOT co-ordinate any kind of enforcement actions against an entity that does not follow or disregards their rules/regulations. In other words, each government agency would act independently of the other.
