Just another example of fraud.

I guarantee you that if ANDI lets the TA release the share structure it will show that all of those 740,000,000 new shares are now part of the float.

But of course the crooks that run ANDI will never let the ANDI shareholders know the float because they need the shareholders to continue to believe lies and not facts.

Ok, didn't make sense to me how they would be restricted when issued to owners who were not affiliated with the company.

Resale of the stock in question would have been subject to Rule 144.
