It is measly...measly dilution and measly debt...CEO can not steal from shareholders because he is the largest shareholder of AMFE, he would be stealing from himself, what is he stealing any way...can't be stealing $$$, he gets admin paycheck, can't be stealing shares, he has enough of them, pays back his loans that's not stealing that's part of doing bizness...WRONG!!!
