In reality A/S means nothing anyway. Depends on the O/S. Many time A/S are increased to support preferred shares or maintain control by management. 350 million is nothingess...

O/S is the real key here.

DOL**V ran to .15 cents last year with 2 billion A/S and 750 million O/S.

A/S means nothing IMHO. Especially with what ABWN has going for it!!!!

If you had 5-10 billion A/S maybe it would catch my eye. If its their to support preferred shares and management control still has minimal impact. The O/S is where the market cap comes into play!!!
