Looks like they legally had to increase due to VWAP dropping so much since the initial filing. I still believe the majority of the conversions already happened based on the last three days

A/S increased to support preferred shares and also to provide for management control.

1.5 billion A/S is nothing !!!

Tells me NO R/S on the way!!!

O/S still very low !!!!
