Just think of 299B according to the experts and now split 2/3 going to KKR and NSM and we retain just 1/3 or 100B. We should take the 299B and run and we don't need KKR and NSM because WMIH is already WMI.

It just makes no sense with this theory. Nobody gives any credit for KKR and the 6B NOL for the reasons of why NSM wants to merge with us.
