Thanks for this update. The issue at stake and which this press release does not make mention of, is that the transfer of production process technology and subsequent required production license to produce L had closed system priorities as a topic of discussion before approval was granted if I recall correctly. I do not know how those discussions ended but the mention of their occurrence was posted on this board quite a while back as I recall. What we know from the charts that were given from the published article is that the late group of supposedly treatment only patients looks to be doing better than the blended median. This could just be demonstrating unimproved treatment effect or perhaps a manufacturing change created an improved product.
The questions to be answered then are how much better and why.
This update does not state that the German process used in Germany is identical to everyone elses only that Germany took over European production when they received manufacturing authorization. We are left to assume the rest based on the fact that clean rooms are still utilized. These guys are really good with words if something is being kept hidden. Your other posts indicating something in the works with TFF and or German developed production methods do not conflict with this current PR because of the way it is worded. Best wishes.
