IF we were to ignore the lack of current information situation you can look to the post you responded to for my answer to that question.

And just as an FYI the State filings aren't the source of ownership information...look at the SEC filings for that (when they're there to look at). I only referred to them in conjunction with the 8-K because they DO contain the Certificates of Designation that describe the conversion rate of the preferred.

Please don't ask me who the members of BMG are...I don't know.
