That's entirely too much and will tank the pps if it is that number you suggest. It doesn't take anything for them to file in the future if they need more. A 4-5 billion increase in the AS, regardless as to whether or not the OS rises to that level, will cause investors to bail, I guarantee it. So why do that if you don't need it? And if they do need another 12-15 million over and above the revenues they are currently taking in that'll be a tremendous concern to me particularly when that kind of money has not been needed in the past year. I suppose the argument could be made that the money is need to build out inventory so I guess we'll have to wait and see.
