Thats just my interpretation, most likely I am not correct. Its apparent someone wants to drive it down to load up at 19/20 (or lower). Doubt many from retail would be selling at these level. Where did we land on the 180 day maturity for replacement note? If its not note conversion, that really leaves only one likely source.
