IF it is an increase in the AS, the question is by how much? The pps has appreciated significantly recently so I would hope that if more dilution is coming it's not billions of shares like we've seen in the past. For every billion shares the company sells at today's price is $3,300,000 dollars that goes into their coffers and dilutes the value of our (the shareholders) shares.
