His conclusion is the same as any passing investors' would be ...... that is because mgmt. is too slow and shows very little outward signs of life. A classic example of mgmts. failure in the communication column leaving investors not knowing or not clear on where things stand.
Did the writer see the 8K ? Dunno ..... maybe .... maybe not. Even then ..... it's a "NOW" world and information is EVERYTHING. Money will not sit still waiting and waiting and waiting. And yes the author is correct in that the large convertible debt will destroy any sizable gain potential with this stock. A result of not getting the job done in a timely manner.
