How do you structure that hedge to bet on the science but protect yourself against possible mismanagement? I suppose you can if you got any of the preferred, you could sell the stock and just hold the warrants which may be what has held the stock down on volume of 40M+ shares after the article posted; somebodies have posited that is happening and I can see that though I hope that selling could run its course and that more of those holding the warrants are looking to profit a lot more rather than selling on half of their split tickets to get their money back and just holding half ticket of just the warrants or the shares.

If not selling stock to hold free warrants, I guess the other hedge is to hold shares and just hope that management doesn't F up the whole thing? Personally I'm willing to forgive a large amount of management screwing around and even screwing up if they can just deliver any success on the regulatory front or on the financial front. But that has to be seen to be believed at this point, I agree on that.

All attacks on the company have been designed to create the impression that management is ineffective. Nothing could be further from the truth. Any other company facing such unprecedented levels of attack would have folded. Management has been heroic to stalwartly see the trial through and not sell out too early or unblind when there is more value to data with longer follow up. As mentioned, the pressures on the company have been intense, excruciating. Yet shareholders overwhelmingly vote with management, long shareholders controlling hundreds of millions of shares have never traded a single share, and the same few vocal naysayers are quite small in number compared to the loyal and quite knowledgeable longs. As the trial nears the finish line, this line of attack will likely paradoxically become more vocal. Like it does every year as we near the AGM. Fomenting this stock is a profitable sport for the unethical greedy who gain from the suffering of others. The proof of our good fortune in management is the Subbiah review showing every other immune CI trial failing and with terrible side effects. That no other company has come up with an effective or safe technology. That the platform can be used to treat any kind of solid tumor cancer. That they have focused on four countries, not just one, and have simultaneously developed manufacturing to scale up upon approval. They have successfully fought all lawsuits. They have patients with a variety of deadly cancers that are alive and healthy for a very long time who want to speak out and support the company.
