I can say that "contractual minimum commitments to CRO's of $1.0 million" is a non-GAAP management estimate of what has not yet been billed for. You hired a construction company to build your garage on T&M contract basis, they're about 75% done but they only billed you for 50% so far, it's the estimated remaining 50%. It wouldn't include the thicker floor seal you're gonna ask them to add in as a change order, because that is not yet committed.
