I do. You're trying your hand at accounting issues and filing language interpretation once again. Please consider quoting whatever language it is that is leading you to your conclusions.

For example, you say "At the end of Q1 2018 IPIX had minimum financial commitment to CRO" while the latest 10-Q says "
The Company has contractual minimum commitments to Contract Research Organizations of $1.0 million as of March 31, 2018.". I can't tell if you think those are the same things but they aren't.

The change in what the company calls "CRO obligations" from quarter to quarter can result from several things including new contracts, terminations, changes in contract terms and payments and can't be readily ascribed to what you call a "burn rate".

I have nothing further to offer on the subject.
