Which newsletter did you hear that from? No, there was no appeal. The claim they successfully filed in state court has been dismissed in the northern district. The lawsuit, which has other claims in it, isn’t over. And they can amend and make new claims. They probably will. Copyright infringement I’m guessing. But the RICO claims EA filed have been dismissed. Read all about it:
