He knows that and I'm sure he's careful with each word. If approached by the SEC he would just play dumb. That's not 'agin' the law, nor is failure. He believes he can justify false claims.

I was not implying he was being necessarily deliberately disingenuous but only perhaps naive.

He has admitted on several occasions he wasn't aware what was REQUIRED by the state when he got into the biz, and now we have GME in a battle with Spain, who could use some extra cash.

I don't believe Kyle cares, and I think some of it is an act. He says dumb things from time to time he knows isn't true, including the 2 of 3 items claim. He would just say.....well I was told that by someone at the Bureau but I can't remember who.

Regardless, the game plan has been disclosed. If/when they find treasure.....sell into the run up. They know a lawsuit would ensue and they will NEVER get Spain's booty.

It could be and it could also not be. I respect your opinion. I've never met Kyle and other than what's public, I know nothing about him. In fact, I couldn't pick him out of a photo lineup if a koala and a giraffe were the only two "Kyle Kennedys" in an exhibit. I couldn't say it is him or is not.

Point being, you're saying Kyle may be unintentionally misrepresenting his company as a result of lack of experience. Yes, of course that is possible in any scenario.
