I differ with your opinion. It would not be a Federal event. An example is the litigation thats been going on between Global Marine, Inc., France and the "State of Florida" over the discovery of the French artifacts
(bronze cannons, land claim marker, etc. off of Cape Canaveral. Global was not protected by the State when France imposed itself into this situation.

In my post regarding Kyle Kennedy's interview, I was not implying he was being necessarily deliberately disingenuous but only perhaps naive. I don't appreciate your strongly suggestive interpretation as to what "I might be thinking". I implied nothing relative to dishonesty or fraud so let that be clear. As this company has never in ten years found any significant treasure, how would they even know what Spain's reaction might be?
