When reading through the transcript it seems CLEAR that the AT&T reps are knowing more than they are allowed to tell us. That's why you see Oscar mindlessly state that they had TRAINING over this.. If he was going to BS that would not be the approach he would take.
The reason the answer of "just rumors for now" is because it is not PUBLIC INFORMATION. AT&T would be liable for distributing insider trading information which is a HUGE deal.
After reading this transcript I feel more confident than ever that this is happening and this is happening SOON.
