Exactly, it's that simple. Would THIS guy:

Lawrence Steckman, the attorney representing CMG in this matter, is widely admired for his expertise and experience prosecuting civil racketeering cases worldwide, and has published extensively on the subject. It is his opinion that the case filed on behalf of CMG in New York's State Supreme Court against the former employees and officers of XA meets all the qualifications and requirements for a successful and sustained Civil RICO complaint.

...advise them to go the settlement route if there was no money? I'll take my chances with him rather than anonymous posters on a stock forum.

There aren't any settlement "discussions"...is what I believe...another question for deep throat to ask Glenn and relay the answer...who is mediating the settlement discussions? Where are they taking place? I guess by phone...? Hudsongray told Glenn to, "Come and get us, can't get blood from a stone!" So we wait for the July 31 deadline...

Glenn ain't no art of the deal type of guy...

...but he's good at puffery...and hiding in the shadows...I can't get over the irony of the rebellious shareholder...turned into Dark Silent CEO...when he saw the Form 15 spike the price up...he knew he had "a group"...

Form 15s are never good for a real company. No matter what anyone here tells you. And a sustained run is in order because they finally paid the tax fees on XA in Wyoming? Finally. Meanwhile NV SOS CMGO is revoked! Revoked! Revoked for months! Years. Unbelievable. But delicious irony.

Good day.
