"Lawrence Steckman, widely admired for his expertise and experience prosecuting civil racketeering cases worldwide" hasn't been CMGO's attorney since July 2017, so I don't think he advised Glenn to settle.

Even the replacement, "David Boies, the most famous practicing litigator in the United States" may or may not have suggested settlement, but nobody knows since he hasn't been CMGO's attorney since February.

Facts matter. Watch those anonymous internet posters.

Verifiable records (https://www.law360.com/cases/55b276039570fc1b73000001) show the firm of Edwards Pottinger LLC now represents CMGO. One of the two lead attorneys may be familiar as he sued Trump National Golf Club Jupiter. The other is a trial lawyer.

Steckman's not even CMGO's attorney. Hasn't been for quite some time...smh...

Exactly, it's that simple. Would THIS guy:

Lawrence Steckman, the attorney representing CMG in this matter, is widely admired for his expertise and experience prosecuting civil racketeering cases worldwide, and has published extensively on the subject. It is his opinion that the case filed on behalf of CMG in New York's State Supreme Court against the former employees and officers of XA meets all the qualifications and requirements for a successful and sustained Civil RICO complaint.

...advise them to go the settlement route if there was no money? I'll take my chances with him rather than anonymous posters on a stock forum.

Wouldn't it have been nice to have seen how much CMGO was paying all these law firms...? Which law firm is this? Number 3 or number 4? Not Steckman, the latest one. CMGO, under Glenn, has also gone through 3 or 4 auditing firms...why is that? Actually filed 8Ks for those material events...darker and darker he goes, lol...like he doesn't, or never, expected to win any monies...but possibly had a lot of shares to sell...in the darkness...oh, the irony...
