The SEC requires public companies to report filings. Everyone was told repeatedly they were missing.
The SEC is a regulatory agency, not a babysitter. They don't make house calls. You ignored the warnings, now you now why filings are important.
The OTC had a friggin stop sign. Do you ignore those in your car?
The SEC is now stepping in as to not allow any more people to waste money on this junk. This is them protecting people from themselves.
Lastly...real business does not occur in the land of magic and make believe. People do not become overnight millionaires being garbage men. When you play with garbage, expect to make a garbage man's salary.
