Chatpoom Thanomlek is the new guy at MGWB
He is also at VPSI -- Vision Airships, Inc.
Both of these companys use the tiny and obscure transfer agent American Heritage Stock Transfer, Inc., Markham, Ontario L3R 0G4.

The only other companys which use American Heritage are owned by Sandy Winick who also owns The Fight Network which trades at BKMP.

My guess is that this is a new deal for the old group.
