Because Moran too distracted/lazy for proper filing

The reason that DEWM has a "Yield Sign" at OTCMarkets is because the supposed 2017 Annual Report that Moran filed was only unaudited financial tables and not the required OTCMarkets Basic Disclosure along with a letter from an attorney attesting to certain facts about the unaudited report. Moran has likely known this for months, yet he hasn't fixed the problem.

He's compounding the matter by not filing the 1Q/18 financials when they were due in mid-May, and if they're not filed by the end of June, in early July, OTCMarkets will downtier DEWM to OTC No Information status, and the company will earn a "Stop Sign".
