Many of us were here for the huge run from trips to .04's. We have also been accumulating the cheapies in the past 2 months. With todays news ANDI deserves to get back up to pennies again very soon IMO.

The thing is about the 60 day corporate action affecting a symbol change request is the word "Previous"

The rule states if a company did a request or had a corporate action prior to the request for a symbol change FINRA would not give one.

Anything a company does after a symbol request is made is a non factor as to whether FINRA would grant the request.

The question then becomes has ANDI actually filed for a symbol change

That was kinda what I was thinking. Didn't think it was a bad thing, but some people certainly got butt hurt over it.

Honestly, at this point, I don't even think it matters. Todays news was huge, and should be a nice little shot of confidence for investors.
