No. You’re confusing cases. They are in discovery on Attia v. Google. Max Sound lost in Max Sound v. Google. Google won compensation for legal fees for misconduct.. They aren’t in discovery on that. They are in enforcement proceedings. It is true that Max filed an appeal on the finding of misconduct and the amount ordered but this is not stopping the enforcement proceedings to protect the judgment.
