Let me make it clear to you a couple of things -

1. I’m long on aktx. Still hold shares. Will show you screenshot if needed

2. The coversin report was not approved by David. It was done by his predecessor when stock hit $20. Solomon joined the company in aug as his replacement.

You sir need to do your dd. I’ve followed this co for multiple qtrs. Have spoken with management multiple times. I know my stuff on aktx. Not bashing here because I’m short which I’m not obviously.
