Because Qcomm wont do a deal with 4-5 year technology. It needs to be cutting edge. If Max had cutting edge then we would have seen revenues a long time ago. Right now Max claims to have a free app with 650k downloads.. something like that. I bet there are less than a couple dozen active users. After 4 years working with Qualcomm you think it's this week LOL I doubt it. Here's how I see this playing out. Max will announce an oem deal with some no name we've never heard of. Then never a dime will be earned on the contract. I think they've got to put something out because they told all you guys on the phone that it's coming it's coming it's coming. Like a broken record.
