There is a sense of confidence in mgmt., your guess might be true and there really is nothing to worry about. I'm not selling but I do really wish there was some clarity about what is going on.
If there already is an offer in place, it can’t be THAT high. Why would say a Gilead (or whoever) put an offer of 20 to 50 times the current market cap of a company ? That sounds insane.
