He doesn’t need to start pumping so a few flippers can make a couple of bucks

He needs to be PROACTIVE so he can minimize future stock conversions/dilution. Its simple math

If this sits at deflated price levels, relative to its peers, EVERYONE gets screwed long term. Time is not on the longs side unless the price is increasing and dilution is being minimized as much as possible.

Its not about "flippers", its about simple math.
