Anything is likely these days. I expect the rapid decline of, and rampant disregard for justice and fair play that seems endemic in our pop-culture, politics, gov't agencies and courts, for example, have certainly bled over and infected those governing and watchdog agencies, boards, courts etc, overseeing the stock mkt, both the traditional grown-up exchanges and the OTC.
However, I also expect that the patent infringement in UOIP's case cannot and will not be ultimately denied -- the facts of this case are a juggernaut that may be slowed and even set back at times, by means both fair and foul, but the truth here seems so obvious that it's beyond even my cynical perspective to expect it to crash and burn. Of course, there's always risk, absolutely anything can always happen, but hopefully none of us have gambled more than we can afford to lose here, and that we all have the patience, wherewithal and fortitude to hang tough and see this through to a happy conclusion, at least happy for us longs!!
