The next 10K is not due for almost 4 months. They get 3 months after the Fiscal year to file....

Nothing changes. They are still uplisting based on 2015-2017 numbers. None of this is uncommon, other pinkies go through the same thing.

The audit is for the fiscal years 2015, 2016, and 2017. Fiscal 2018 numbers have nothing to do with the audit since it will be a separate audit altogether, but at least it will be easier than the initial more complex current audit.

So if the audit is not completed and publicly posted shortly there will be no uplisting for at least three months but realistically it would be in 2019.
