This is going to get revoked. ..


SPCL owes the SEC 3-10Ks for 2015,2016 and 2017. SPCL owes the SEC 3-10Qs for 2016, 3-10Qs for 2017 and one 10Q for 2018. 

SPCL cant offer up any kind of a valid excuse to the SEC about why they haven't filed their financial documents.

The only thing factual about that 8K is the fact that its from PixelMags and not from SPCL. SPCL has not changed its name with the SEC/FINRA to PixelMags so that 8k is in fact MEANINGLESS and TOTALLY USELESS!
Its no wonder that the SEC suspended this ticker.

Are there any financials that detail PIXEL's value, anything filed recently, anywhere. Maybe pixel ain't worth nothing anyways, just a PR value.
