In My Opinion, the confidence needed to make this kind of bold statement about the ONCI stock would require inside information not available to the Share holders in general.

So I doubt it.

The 3A10 is done and as i have said numerous times there is NOT another one coming nor is there a reverse split Its not even a conversation that has ever been discussed.
