The statement that Steve Berman is 2 years behind on MMJ leg has been made many times.
My thoughts are that he has ONCI positioned for this leg at just the perfect time.
So many start ups have come and gone or done nothing that it was a waste of time, energy and money.
Just now the laws are finally changing, and the legitimate companies are rising. Now is the time to look at the playing field seriously and develop your connections, not 2 years ago.

SB is one smart cookie, but of course, all of this is just my opinion again.
