It looked like I was supposed toe able to see the receipt of the deposit and the names and addresses of those who have not cashed their checks but I was not able to see them... Maybe Monday...

thank you for the up-date streett, so does this statement mean that the BK case is closed?

Thanks for the update . It looks like we are another step closer in getting the BK case closed and the end is drawing near . Now the big question is how long will it be before the Trustee files their Final Report to the court and how long until the Judge gives it his stamp of approval and closes the case .

Once that does take place then hopefully we will see the emergence of the new ASFX which is what we are all waiting for .

So basically the trustee is saying we tried to give them the money but they don't want it, so I'm giving it back to the court.

"Your Trustee has made a good faith effort to verify the correct mailing address for said creditor(s) and deliver the funds before presenting this notice. More than sufficient time has passed for these checks to be presented for payment;"

So the Trustee is saying look man I tried to find these characters to shift them some cash, but they split town with no forwarding address dude! What do you want me to do? It's like they fell off the edge into the abyss. Look man I'm outahere, I'm tired of this crap. Just tell the man we tried to do the paperwork so I can go play some golf and drink a beer, I'm totally over it dude.
So, I guess we know just why it was taking so long, the Trustee was looking far and wide to track down the creditors to slip them some cash that apparently they are not willing to take...lolol

Attached and made a part of this notice is a list, pursuant to F.R.B.P. 3011, of the names, claim numbers and addresses of the creditors and the amounts to which they are entitled.

So, the Trustee is stating that he tried to complete his job to the best of his ability, and came up short. Here is the leftover ASFX money returned back to the court, let's close up shop your highness, I'm really burned out on this case. It's been over five years man, these files are all covered in dust, let's pack it up boys, the fat lady is singing!!! Or words to that effect..lolol
