Well the Market felt .003 was good for a value of $3.5 Million. Now we have approx $12-15 Million so market value puts us around .01-.012.

I'm not surprised, still an easy double from here IMO.

Don't know how the payments will work but should equal near that calculation, barring unforeseen circumstances of course.
