THAT IS NOT TRUE TACO!! The case has been stayed, not thrown out!. As a public company you do not get to decide if it has merit and not mention it in the filings. This is going to bite them big time in my opinion, Forget the BK aspect, this is a filing issue and not having proper disclosure. Yates signed off on all of these filings stating there was not any legal issues
