The case has been dismissed 2 or 3 times just go back and look and they've filed an appeal each time. Read through the proceedings.

You know the character of Yates he is a slippery one. Would think he would just close the doors, and ride off into the sunset. He has to know this isn't his thing, running a business and showing a profit. This PLSB is his second rodeo the first one didn't end well either. He knows he is an utter failure by now as a business manager, the decline in the stock price is a major clue. I heard funny stories about that lawsuit as a person living in Hawaii seems to hit home more than a person living on the "mainland" US.
