Looks like we are finally knocking on the door of .20, and will probably move past that. L2 shows a bunch of offers >= .24.
Volume quite a bit higher, though still not much in actual dollar terms. But I think that's ok, because continued increase in vol & dollar amount is what gains attention. You have to attribute this move to new money coming in.
But without some news, it's unlikely to be sustained. It is aggravating as hell that Dahl isn't grabbing this opportunity with both hands. How about a conference call? Even a PR reiterating what we already know would be better than complete silence, no?
