Appreciate-that+NO=violations of SEC-reg's-in-that-email! Being Acquisition target has been much surmised, and his suspicions also; however if he's got buyers it would behoove him to act, the longer he's waited the lower PSP has gotten and the cheaper they can get it for, whatever he hoped would happen from the goings-on-with DP/Klever and this hasn't panned out; and he does sidestep questions of SS, he used to reply to me promptly too until I pushed.
