Tom Cellucci is a gentleman. I mentioned my concern in an email this morning and he answered in less than 15 minuets. Unfortunately I couldn’t post the picture of the email. But I copy paste it here:

Take solace in the fact that we are being offered acquisition deals regularly... The starting bid price is many multiples of the pps... This stock is being manipulated in our view and we (as well as shareholders) have contacted the SEC and FINRA
