Looks like it from the bottom of the pic. I see the metal, and one two by four for support to the left. Your earlier post asking if they’re the same bay must be a mistake on their part right? Can’t be the same bay.

It does look like it's on raised trays...you can see the 2x4 up rights and the groove in the metal. Bottom left in the picture bay 1
