Just called the sec again. Was told the same thing again. They can get out of this with current filings as per the person I spoke with. I read the last paragraph from June 4th with the dates and telephonic conference call.
Specifically asking where it says " A telephonic conference will be held July 10, 2018 at 10am if the proceeding has not been resolved by then."
I then asked what does that mean and he said if they are compliant at that point they could be reinstated in good standing. Most times shares are revoked and they need to file a 211 and try again later on. But he said it's possible.

So according to this person we have a fighting chance.

The SEC has suspended SPCL because of delinquent financial documents not for any funny business. Any lawsuits against SPCL would have to be a civil suit by shareholders which have no chance in hell of getting any blood from a stone.
Why would SPCL offer up any SEC filings now when they've had over two years to do so?

This is not true. Lawsuits will not happen as there is no fraud committed. Pixel mags simply couldn’t figure out and release their financials. Nothing to sue over. No law was broken!!

The good news is we don’t need financials. Readr is coming out with version 6. When version 6 gets out this will rocket to .30 cents alone without financials.

Forget about it when version 7 & 8 are out. You will on your own yacht sipping on Champagne. Making money is all about technology and releasing new version. They can keep their fins in limbo. We want Readr version 6!!

Any lawsuits will not go anywhere, as there are no laws broken. Management are simply too incompetent to do math and finish financials. That is not a crime!

On another note, management does know how to count numbers. So we will be seeing Readr app version 6, 7, 8, 9...etc. This is all we need from them to be super rich. I believe Google is waiting for Readr version 8 before acquiring Pixel mags.

I think in June we will see version 6, July we should see version 7. Get it? June is 6, July - 7?
