I find it hard to say that 95% of the companies are full of chit. I mean sure there are those that are complete crap but there are also some very good companies on the penny market that are 100% legit.
Also I think Naked shorting is hurting the market as a whole more then a individual company hurting shareholders. I mean the shorting issue can kill a good company. Shareholders can blame the mgmnt on a bad company that lies and cheats. Yes they should be looked into. But lets face it if the SEC did their job they would creat a way better and equal playing field for the little guys and lets face it thats what most of us are.
