Ameritrade should go after the marketmaker who made the trade...It's the MM's who are supposed to have these stocks in their inventory to be able to sell to brokers like Ameritrade. If the market makers are selling counterfeit electronic shares to Ameritrade then Ameritrade should drop a lawsuit on the marketmaker(s)
well maybe if the SEC actually did their jobs and regulated the markets the way there supposed to we would not have all these companies checking there real shares out. We would not have all these shorts that are 3X the size of the companies shares out. Its just getting way to complicated any more.
