From the beginning the REI deal was strange. The whole point of having a license is to prevent non license holders from being involved with cannabis, and that’s exactly what the REI deal was. Why couldn’t they get their own licenses, the state is handing them out to anyone that qualifies, or maybe they don’t qualify?
