Yep, a PR firm tells the MMEX CEO that they need to remove their last communication with shareholders because " we are just getting to many calls and emails", this is just another HUGE RED FLAG.

MMEX's CEO is being run by a PR firm now?

This is priceless.

MMEX misses a firm self imposed deadline and doesn't bother to update the shareholders on why, then they hire a PR firm that now tells the CEO to remove information from MMEX's website, and THEN tells shareholders in private email communications that they are coming up with a "PLAN OF ATTACK" to handle this fiasco.

red flag, after red flag after red flag.

(Madoff had less red flags in much longer time period.)

I saved a copy. Even without it we knew in Feb that the FEED was done because they said Interstate was to start immediately. You don't usually start the detailed design until the prelim is done. Getting final drafting and schematics developed should not take 3 months based on the estimates even by detractors.

The April shareholder letter said that they were still using an estimated cost "Subject to finalizing our FEED". So even if we take that to mean that they didn't have a final FEED on April 2nd or that they are including DD&E in the FEED term, they would have still had 2 months to complete DD&E.
