as soon as the FEED is done, we can start the DD&E and hope that the ABC is done in time for FGHk,so the TRO can be delivered after the OPS and the SSL. And then MMEX can go TDM (TOOOO DAAAAA MOOOOOON)

You are obviously on top of things and open minded. But, the market does not share your optimism. It is obvious they do not believe anything jack says concerning deadlines or financing. When you announce a date for financing and in the same breath announce another TOXIC LOAN, it doesn't look good.
