Most the time that kind of wall is thrown up it is BS. The algorithm is set to pull it or move it up after a small % of the shares shown are taken. Even someone trying to grab them all will find a partial fill and the ask moved up on them.
Pink games. These will be lessened (unfortunately not gone, OTC is still a marketplace not an exchange. Happens all marketplace / exchanges but its 10 fold on pinks) once off the pink sheets.
